PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
We consider quality control to be critical to ensure that the quality of our products meets the expectations of our customers and achieve industry standards. USED COOKING OIL (UCO)
We export Used Cooking Oil that we collect from customers around the globe as renewable energy / biodiesel feedstock. We have collecting points in several major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Karawang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Medan, Pontianak and Pekanbaru. Those collecting point sourcing UCO from restaurants, snack producers, UCO collectors, and households UCO sent them from the collecting point to our storage facility to be sorted and stored. We only collect UCO from vegetable oil and export it as feedstock for renewable energy, not for human or animal consumption, in compliance with ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification).

HIGH ACID CRUDE
PALM OIL
High Fatty Acid Crude Palm Oil (HFCPO) and Palm Sludge Oil (PSO) are the by-products from Palm Oil Mills. HFCPO is a byproduct of non-food grade oil produced from loose fruit and overripe fresh fruit bunches. High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO or ACPO) is another bio-diesel feedstock with an FFA of 8–15% that is also used to produce bio-diesel.
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is raw – unrefined palm oil that is produced from the extraction of flesh of the fruit (mesocarp) of palm tree, commonly from Elaeis Guineensis species. The use of this oil is very diverse; it is mostly used in foodstuffs, the cosmetics industry, the chemical industry, the animal feed industry, etc

BIODIESEL
One of the efforts to reduce environmental pollution is to accommodate used cooking oil to be used as a raw material for biodiesel.
Benefits of using Used Cooking Oil as raw material for biodiesel:
• Biodiesel that comes from Used Cooking Oil will reduce waste in the environment.
• Biodiesel from vegetable oil produces less carbon dioxide when burned compared to fossil fuels.
• Unlike diesel combustion, biodiesel combustion does not
produce black smoke, and the combustion smells like used cooking oil itself.
Biodiesel is also renewable and its carbon cycle doesn’t cause Global warming. Whole Co2 emissions as much as 78% compared to fossil fueled diesel engines. Therefore, we also contribute to maintaining the environment. Used Cooking Oil that we collect will be exported as raw material for biodiesel to various countries in Asia and Europe
PALM OLIEN
Palm olein is the liquid fraction obtained from the fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at controlled temperatures. It is widely used as a cooking oil, in food preparation, and as a key ingredient in various industrial applications
Characteristics:
Appearance: Clear, light yellow liquid at room temperature.
Odor: Neutral to mild odor, depending on refinement level.
Flavor: Bland, making it versatile for use in food products.
Freezing Point: Lower than that of palm oil, remaining
liquid at typical room temperatures.
Applications:
Food Industry: Used as cooking oil, particularly in tropical regions. Commonly blended with other oils to improve frying performance and stability. A key ingredient in margarine,shortening, and various baked goods.
Industrial Use: Utilized in soap and detergent manufacturing. Employed in biofuel production as a sustainable energy source. A base material in the cosmetics industry for creams and lotions.
Animal Feed: Incorporated into livestock feed formulations due to its energy content.
